1. Cancellation of Orders
a. Cancellation by Customers: You may cancel your order for books from Kitab Ghar Patiala within 2-3 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support team at [Customer Support Maanpublication@gmail.com or +9178142 49655 . Please provide your order details for a prompt cancellation. Cancellation requests made after this time frame may not be accommodated.
b. Cancellation by Maan Publication: We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, such as unavailability of the ordered books or suspicious activity. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
2. Refunds
a. Refund Eligibility: You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- If you cancel your order within the specified time frame (refer to Section 1a).
- If the books you receive are damaged or defective.
- If you receive the wrong books due to an error on our part.

c. Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment method and financial institution.
4. Returns and Exchanges
a. Damaged or Defective Books: If you receive damaged or defective books, please contact us within 3-4 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged books and offer a replacement or refund.
b. Wrong Books Received: If you receive the wrong books due to an error on our part, please contact us within 3-4 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect books and ship the correct ones or issue a refund.
